Just a quick note to say that you can collect your program etc. from 08.00am on Wednesday 14th December and sessions will be held all day, across the three days of the conference.
Registration for CentralTAG is now open! Simply go to our registration page and follow the link to the online shop where you can book your place.
The Call for Papers will shortly be appearing on the website. It will take a while for all the links to become active, but please keep checking back.
You may have seen that we’ve added some more pages to the website. On the Accommodation page you’ll find details of suggested places to stay in Birmingham during CentralTAG. For details on how to get to the Unviersity of Birmingham, visit the Getting Here page.
Ladies and Gentlemen, we would like to request that you download a copy of the publicity poster for CentralTAG and put it up in a prominent location in your department. For your convenience we have produced colour (TAG Poster) and black and white (TAGBW_Poster) versions.
Many thanks
CentralTAG
Because we know you’re all snowed under at the moment with all those exams to mark, papers to write and holidays, sorry, digs to go on, we thought we’d extend the deadline for session proposals until June 30th 2011. So you now have a whole extra month to transform your musings on what you think might possibly be an idea into a session proposal.
Don’t forget, although the standard session is made up of seven 20-minute papers, we’d be happy to accommodate less formal approaches. Perhaps you want your session to be accompanied by a poster display. Maybe you envisage some audience participation or some other form of interactive event. If you want to see it in a session, just send us a proposal. Check out the session proposals page for more details.
You may have noticed some new pages appearing on the CentralTAG Webpage. We’ve added more information about session proposals and registration and you can now find how to contact us. We’ve also added a few useful links to the right-hand menu and given you useful buttons so you can share our posts on your twitter and facebook feeds.
We will use the blog page to keep you updated with any new announcements or added information.
